10 Minute Trainer

 I have recently added the 10 Minute Trainer program by Tony Horton to my training and have to tell you I am really impressed. I haven’t seen big results yet…except that I get a better workout in 10 minutes than I do on my bike in 30 minutes! So, count me in! I have decided to combine the different workouts to add up to 20 or even 30 minutes per day. This program is also good for busy people who want to start working out. Check it out.
